Leech & Co Celebrations

Andrew's wife gave birth to a baby boy at this morning at 05.35. He is 7 lb 3 oz and they are thinking of calling him Michael Callum.

On 21st May 2008 Manchester United won the Champions League Trophy for the third time in the club’s history at the first all-English final. Watching this momentous occasion live at the Luzhniki Stadium were partners Emma Leech and Louise Leckie who had taken a three day break from the office to travel to Moscow.

This extended trip enabled them to take in a few of the famous sights in and around Red Square before meeting with fellow Manchester solicitor Brian Koffman.

On the day of the match there was more sight seeing before they were joined by Michaela Drummy and Sally-Ann Dove at the Metropol Hotel for drinks and desert before descending on the Metro before the match. The metro was full of Manchester United fans in good spirits chanting all the way to the stadium at this point there was not a Chelsea fan in sight.

The game was a tense affair and in typical Manchester United style they defiantly put their fans through their emotions but were victorious in the end (a little after 1.45am Moscow time).

Michaela and Sally-Ann flew back through the night and Emma and Louise finally returned from Moscow the following after a 7 hour delay surrounded by a plane full of very happy and still drunk United fans!
