Leech and Co have had a busy summer looking after clients and with staff holidays but also in the garden! With marrows appearing in the office kitchens at regular intervals courtesy of partner Peter Hartley, much to the delight of his family after this bumper crop, the challenge was on to find recipes to use this summer staple.
