Before Julie joined Leech & Co in October 1996 she had extensive experience in personal injury claims from her previous employment. As a Litigation Manager, she manages a team of Personal Injury specialists and oversees the allocation of new work and caseloads of all staff. In her spare time Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Mike joined Leech & Co in 1998 as a claims handler. As a litigation manager he supervises a team of personal injury lawyers and runs his own personal injury caseload specialising in credit hire cases. Mike is an avid Manchester United fan.

Craig joined Leech & Co in January 2005.Prior to working for Leech & Co, He has gained many years’ experience working for law firms on the other side of the Pennines and now runs a team of PI Lawyers while he specialises in high value claims and oversees Low Velocity Impact cases throughout the firm. He lives in West Yorkshire and has particular interests in spicy food, skiing (despite 6 knee operations) football and travel.

Nicola joined Leech & Co in 1997 having previously specialised in road traffic accident claims for solicitors in Merseyside, and remains resident in Liverpool commuting daily to Manchester ever since. As a litigation manager she manages a team of lawyers who deal in personal injury litigation and general uninsured loss recoveries, ranging from minor to serious injuries. Nicola is married with a young son and enjoys swimming, reading and socialising.

Rhi graduated from UWE, Bristol in 1997 following completion of the LLB and Legal Practice Course, and embarked on a 10 year career with Helphire Group plc as a Senior Legal Manager which included the management of its Cash Collection, Litigation departments and Panel of Solicitors. She took the post of Managing Director of Q2 Legal Limited, a legal auditing and consultancy business and through her previous interaction with Leech and Co became the Litigation Manager of its Bath office in July 2007. Rhi enjoys eating out in good restaurants, fine wines, socialising with friends, with the odd visit to the gym out of sheer guilt!
